Wonderful sandwich! Plus it was a great way to use up some leftover London Broil that I had grilled. I didn't bother re-heating the meat in a pan, just assembled the sandwich and had it cold subbing some butter lettuce for the watercress and adding some crisp bacon and thin sliced tomato - delicious!
