soooo good. and filling. i could only eat 3. i didnt use scallions though, but they were still amazing. better than i've had in a restaurant.

You are alsome ! I love this I wont to say one thing .If you brush your potatos with oil, what ever you have on hand ,olive oil ect... be for bakeing the out side is crisp and light. Other than that this is great.
You can't argue with perfection..They were delish..I spritzed them w/butter spray in step 3 popped them back in the oven used sharp cheddar,scallions & bacon
