Exactly what I was looking for: easy, extremely tasty, and different. This is one of those dishes where the flavors meld together perfectly. Excellent, gourmet quality pork chops.

Turned out awesome. I made enough for leftovers for the next day, and by the end of the night my husband polished off the rest of them. I used thicker cut chops, but will probably buy thinner ones next time. Also count on needing extra sauce. I served this with the parmesan roasted corn on the cob and cubian red beans and rice.

I used jarred jalapenos (all I had on hand), added honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Delicious marinade! My 15 month old loved it too, will definitely use this one again.

Excellent. My husband loved them. I also sprinkled garlic salt on the chops before I placed them on the grill.

This was a quick delicious recipe. I had thin pork chops and omitted the jalepeno and cilantro. The kids don't like the pepper and I don't care for cilantro. It was a hit with the family.

So I am not a pork chop fan but this recipe was wonderful! We made a few changes though, we marinated the pork chops with fresh lime juice. For the sauce, double the marmalade, only use 1/2 to 3/4 a jalapeno and half the amount of ginger. Spoon sauce on both sides after grilled and grill for another minute for more flavor. Also the thinner the pork chops, the better they turned out. Will definitely be making this again.

As good as, perhaps better than, anything that I ate in expensive Carribean restaurants while on vacation. Will make again often. Did not have any cilatro, but did have limes and jalapenos that needed using up, so I made this anyway. Other than that, made only two small changes. Lightly sprinkled salt on one side of the chops before grilling. Added an extra 2 tsp orange marmalade to have enough glaze to cover 3 large pork chops. Thanks Jacqui.
