I thought this was pretty good. It was very easy and lower in fat. Its also a good base to add chicken or bacon. Its a keeper!
My husband thought it needed a little bit more flavor. Will try it again--maybe with the suggested bacon.
I doubled the chicken broth and flour because I like a lot of sauce. I also used chive cream cheese because that's what I had on hand. I added some left over chicken and a handful of frozen peas for color. It needed a little something extra- maybe garlic? It definitely needed salt and pepper and of course a generous sprinkle of parm at the end. I will definitely be using this again with a few tweaks.
This turned out very good. We were looking for a light sauce with flavor and this one worked.
This is easy and everyone loved it! I made exactly as written and both my husband and little girl wanted more. I just wish the nutrition information was more accurate!
The flavor was really good! It actually turned out a little dry but it was my own fault. I added a little more flour after making the sauce because it seemed a little runny. I'll know better next time!
Love this! Added some garlic powder. Will make again and again!
My boyfriend and I thought this was a GREAT, much healthier alternative to alfredo. Will DEFINITELY make again!
