Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Lemon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 pound tilapia or catfish fillets
  • 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • Paprika (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In shallow dish, combine Spread, Lawry's® Lemon Pepper, Lawry's® Seasoned Salt and dill weed. Dip fillets in Spread mixture, then evenly coat with bread crumbs.
  2. In 13 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, arrange fillets. Lightly sprinkle, if desired, with paprika. Bake 30 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Garnish, if desired, with lemon slices.
