Followed the instructions on AR on how to clean mussels, soaking them in water for 20 minutes so they could filter and release sand. I used 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter (instead of 3 tbsp olive oil) and sautéed my garlic a little in the skillet. This was a pretty good recipe, but I really prefer steaming them with a little white wine, as well.
