whole red pepper, cut into 1-inch julienne strips
Morton® Coarse Kosher Salt, divided
boneless, skinless chicken breast halves rinsed and patted dry
unsalted butter or margarine, melted
I am a big fan of leeks, but I also know they need to be cooked just right in order to taste good. This recipe left the leeks feeling tough and undercooked. I'm not sure if it was the length of time (not enough), or if the leeks simply need moisture to cook properly. Won't make this one again.
