boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
Lawry's® Teriyaki Marinade With Pineapple Juice, divided
zucchini, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
red or green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (8 ounce) can
pineapple slices, drained and cut into 1-inch pieces
Tasted great. We didn't use Lawry's, we just used regular teriyaki sauce and added pineapple juice. It worked the same.
Turned out great. Tip for the Bell Peppers & Zucchini...I cut them up and boiled them for a few minutes to make them a bit more tender (They cook at different speeds than the Chicken). After they were boiled, I marinaded them in the Teriyaki sauce (I ended up using a lot more than 3/4 cup).
And unless you just like brushing a lot...I suggest only to brush the Marinade on the cooking kabobs only the last few minutes.
It was YUMMY! I also suggest the Rosemary Red Potatoes in this site as a side dish! YUM!
Very easy to make, absoutely delicious. Will make again! I used a different brand of mariade but it was fantastic
Very tasty and easy to make. The whole family enjoyed them. My son and I came up with all sorts of variations that we want to try using this recipe! Mahi Mahi, mango, etc. :o)
THE BEST grilled chicken ive had by far! i Marinade it over night and it was awesome! It did want to stick to grill, so i would say oil the grill first.
