This salad was perfect for all the left over steak my father grilled. I cut the steak up and mixed it in a bowl with marainade, then heated it up in a frying pan. So simple and very filling. I will definitely us this recipe again.
Saw this recipe and decided to make it for July 4th dinner-Very festive and did not heat up the kitchen-The only addition I made was adding chopped pecans to the salad and they made it over the top!
