This recipe was super delicious. I've never made chili before, so I was a little nervous going in.
We had a massive chili feed, and I doubled the recipe to fill the stomachs of 8 extremely hungry people. My chili was well received, and I personally found it one of the most delicious chilis I've ever eaten, let alone MADE.
Instead of using the 2 cans of tomato soup, however (afraid the chili would come out soupy), I substituted with two 8 oz cans of tomato sauce and 1 can of diced tomatoes. I also added a little dash of basil and marjoram. It came out flavorful and tender after cooking a few hours.
I will definitely make this again!
