6 bulbs garlic
4 cups white wine vinegar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
4 whole cloves
1 bay leaf
2 dried red chile peppers
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon zest
If you love garlic, you will love these fast and simple pickled garlic. I make a double batch and I end up with no pickled garlic within about a week.
