This one’s a winner! Very good! I used a mix of peppers (green, red, yellow and orange) and no carrot. I steamed them, so they would maintain their vibrant color, until just crisp tender. I prepared the sauce, omitting the ginger, as I’m not a fan, and reducing the brown sugar. I added a cornstarch/water slurry to just thicken this slightly, as I hadn’t doubled the sauce as other reviewers suggested and I wanted it to go as far as possible. I added the meatballs, peppers and pineapple chunks, and just heated through. Served over white rice, this was wonderful and very pretty! I’ll make this one again!
