"KM style watermelon is a really cool refreshing way to do watermelon! It is especially satisfying on a hot day. GREAT addition to any barbecue! Most refreshing if allowed to chill until cool in the refrigerator, but not required. Will keep in refrigerate for a week or so, but it'll probably be eaten all before then."

Some people sprinkle salt on watermelon to enhance its natural sweetness; I usually squeeze lemon on mine. Adding fresh mint just takes it over the top -- so delicious, so refreshing! For parties, I arrange triangular wedges of melon on a large platter, scatter with cut lemons so guests can squeeze-as-they-please, then garnish with both chopped mint and whole sprigs. Stunning presentation with minimal effort -- brilliant.

This is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! I used 6 cups of watermelon. The taste is very refreshing and just wonderful on a hot day. This would be REALLY good as an adult drink whirled around in a blender with ice and vodka. It's just THAT good. Thanks!
I was wondering on how someone could improve on freshly sliced watermelon as-is, but this was VERY good.
I love watermelon! I tried this and the first couple of bites tasted really different but nice...but after that, I just wanted the taste of good ol' watermelon. I don't think I'll make it again.
