  1. In large mixing bowl, beat cheese, butter and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  2. Stir in flour. Add cereal, mixing until well blended.
  3. Drop by rounded 5 ml (rounded teaspoonful) onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with fork.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) 10-12 minutes or until golden on bottom. Let cool on cookie sheets on rack.
  5. Store in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer.

ave been making these little wafers for over 25 years. I mainly make them at Christmas but my son expects a tin of them to be waiting for him every time he comes through the door. This recipe makes a biggg batch!!

I did not care for these at all. I followed the recipe exactly. It yielded much more than 24 servings and tasted like some weird salty cookie. They were soft like a cookie and crumbled easily. I did not take them to the cookout I had planned to.

A friend of mine made these and they are good (love the crispiness that the rice cereal gives them!) but need something to add a bit more flavor to them. I am going to try to make them and maybe add a pinch of garlic salt and cayenne pepper to them.
