First time I made it, I couldn't imagine using such a small amount of vinegar - and I added it to entire salad (minus toasted almonds). When I tasted it, vinegar was overpowering; to compensate I added some Truvia and WOW, so good.
Like others, hubby and I thought we didn't much like kale, but we LOVED this salad! Had leftovers 2 days later, adding some more toasted almonds to refresh "toasted" nut taste- still good! Yesterday,I realized in morning I was to take a potluck dish to bridge, made it from remaining ingredients in refrig and it was GONE once it hit the table. Thank you!
