Fantastic starter recipe! The burgers were not dry at all! Which is the basis of the recipe! I used bread and mild instead, like other suggested and added a few extra ingredients for taste because i heard it was a bit bland (didn't say tastiest hamburger just juiciest).

Since I'm vegetarian, I didn't eat these myself, but my meat eaters thought they were great and want me to make them again. Today I used a different recipe for burgers from this site and no one liked them, but one son said I should make these again instead. Mine held together fine and were moist. I used two slices of bread soaked in the milk and then mashed up like others suggested.

Delicious!!! Very moist. My husband said best burgers ever! I did add 2Tbsp dehydrated onion to the mix, and used crushed up saltines in place of bread crumbs, as I didn't have any on hand.
