These are the best burgers EVER!! They really are the juiciest! The recipe is like any other ordinary hamburger recipe except the evaporated milk. I think that is what sets this recipe apart from all other burgers. Even I couldn't mess these up! DEEEEEEEELISH!!!! --The Husband

WOW!! What a welcome reception from my guests last night with this burger recipe!! First time I've ever put eggs or evaporated milk in burgers...well WORTH it!! Try this recipe and you'll never go back to the way you've "always" made them!!

Made these for a July 4th BBQ and everyone raved about them. I am not a beef eater so I can't personally attest but my husband and his beef-loving friends couldn't get enough. We used skim milk instead of evaporated milk (forgot to pick up evaporated milk) so we put in about 1.5X the amount and it worked out great. This will definitely be our go-to burger recipe from now on. Thanks!

These burgers are meatballs or meatloaf in burger shape and grilled. If a tasty, juicy burger is what you're looking for, try this: Add 1 tbs of Olive Oil to one pound of ground beef (I use chuck). Then add 1 tbs Worcestershire, 1 tsp each of garlic & onion powder, salt & pepper to taste. Mix well. Add or subtract any spices you like, but make sure you use 1 tbs each of Olive Oil & Worcestershire per pound of ground beef and you will have the tastiest, juiciest burgers you've ever had!

Had to grow up eating hamburgars that were cut with bread crumbs or crackers, SORRY !!! It sucked then and it sucks now. Try again.

Perfect! I have now found the perfect burgers for grilling. Used regular 2% milk and italian flavored bread crumbs cause that's all I had but otherwise, followed recipe exactly. Perfect!! I ate 2! I never eat 2! Thank you!

Too much 'filler' for our taste. We didn't care for the flavor/texture the bread crumbs and eggs gave the burgers. For supper juicy burgers without compromising the texture, try grating some onion into the ground beef and adding a few splashes of V8.

I made these when I had guests for dinner & really wasn't a fan. I love meatloaf, so thought the texture wouldn't bother me, but I thought they were bland & really didn't care for the texture. If I make this again, I will definitely alter things a bit.

Absolutely fantastic! Had it with the family last night and we enjoyed the best and juiciest burgers ever. Hint: add some oregano, basil, mint and paprika - they are great add-ons to the recipe. One question: do you suggest adding onion?
