I had this saved for forever, wanting to make one as pretty as the picture. I did mine in a springform pan, and the pretzel crust barely covered the bottom, so if you do a 9x13 you may want to double that part. Also, if you do it in a springform, put it on a cookie sheet!! I did not and some butter dripped down and caught fire in the oven. It was a bit scary. I used part white and part brown sugar in the crust. Because of my smaller pan, I probably only used about half of the cream cheese mix. I used fresh strawberries, sliced (a whole lb). As others suggested, I let the jello gel for about an hour before pouring it on top. It was good, but not great. I actually thought it was better the second day when the flavors melded more and the crust softened up. Hubby loved it though. Thanks for sharing!
