Original Recipe Yield 4 1/4 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger

Directions

  1. Stir the soy sauce, water, cider vinegar, garlic, and ginger together in a bowl. Allow meat to marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
