Ingredients

  • 2 cups thin slivers jicama
  • 2 cups cubed honeydew melon
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Directions

  1. Toss together the jicama, honeydew, lime juice, mint, lime zest, and honey in a bowl; cover. Refrigerate 2 hours.
