green bell peppers, cut into strips
red bell pepper, cut into strips
yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
onions, cut into 1/2 inch chunks

potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
low fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
It was a little to sweet for me.
I thought this was a really nice stew. I did season the meatballs as I was making them and would suggest you do so.. also add some of the same seasonings to the soup. It tames down the sweetness of the peppers
