I have made this before per he recipe and it was wonderful. Today, I didn't have all of the ingredients and changed a few things and I am now in love! I tripled the recipe to make three loaves this morning. I ended up not having three cups of sugar, so I used 2 cups white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar. We also had no nuts, so those we not used. After creaming sugar and ROOM TEMP butter together, we beat in the bananas. And the final alteration was beating in the sour cream last instead of folding it in. I am used to dense, moist banana bread, but this one actually turned out fluffy and moist.
