Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Let stand 5 minutes for flavors to blend.
  2. Serve with grilled chicken or fish, or serve with tortilla chips as a refreshing appetizer.

This salsa was great, but very HOT! Next time I make it I will only use half the hot pepper.
