This Italian-style stuffed bread is packed with eggs, sausage, pepperoni and cheese. When I know I'll really be pressed for time, I bake this a day in advance and reheat slices for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

A great soup for dinner, can be made as spicy as you like, and freezes wonderfully. Add freshly grated Parmesean to the top, and serve with a hot crusty piece of ciabatta bread. YUM!

Just flour, yeast, sugar, salt and water in the right proportions make this basic bread a winner. The recipe makes three loaves, so you can freeze what you cannot use or give them away to your friends.

There 's no yeast to contend with in this recipe, but plenty of flavor with sun-dried tomatoes, Cheddar cheese, onion, garlic and herbs all folded in.

A flat bread from the Italian region Romagna. Great with arugula and soft cheese (Squacquerone is the one typically used) or cold cuts and a glass of Sangiovese Superiore di Romagna from Forli'. The dough can sit at 40 degrees F (4 degrees C) up to 2 days.

This soup is easy to put together, and the flavor of the spicy sausage is balanced nicely by Great Northern beans, zucchini, fresh spinach, and carrots. Makes a delicious winter supper.

The winning combination of garlic, basil, oregano and onion definitely shine in this delicious herb bread that also contains a potent helping of Romano cheese.
