This was excellent! I read most of the reviews, and many of them said they didn't care for the peanut sauce, so I used a different recipe for that. However, I followed the marinade recipe to the T, and oh my God... It didn't even need the dipping sauce! So quick and easy. We'll definitely be eating this on a regular basis. Thanks for a great recipe!!

I doubled this recipe and brought it to a party. After I put it out to serve, I went into the other room for a second; when I came back it was all gone! I will definitely make this again.

This recipe is wonderful! I added a little cumin, ginger, cayenne pepper and a little extra peanut butter to the peanut butter sauce. The chicken with the marinade alone was delicious though we loved the sauce with the chicken, as well as rice and broccoli. Thanks for a great recipe!

I absolutely love the chicken! Even my picky kids ate it, but the dip, I wasn't so fond of. The chicken is even great leftover, on salads!

sounds delicious! does anyone have an estimate of how much chicken i should use for 30 adult guests? i am also making fried rice, asian beef, and appetizers. i'd hate to not have enough but i also do not like to waste food, especially meat. thank you!

This is so tasty and good, I highly recommend this dish. It is fairly easy to make and the sauce makes the dish. I got rave reviews from my whole family for this one.

this is unbeleivable if you like peanut sauce. I add tabasco to the sauce because I like it spicy. It is absolutely a must to cook over barbecue. Love it ! Love it ! Love it !

The peanut sauce didn't do it for me, but holy moly the chicken is incredible! I marinated it for an hour, and it was perfect. Next time, I will skip the sauce...there is more than enough flavor in the dish already.
