Wow! What a way to use up rest of the turkey and DH did not even say anything about the celery :) Plan to make it with leftover Rotissorie Chicken from this site.

Really good! Wasn't too sure about it at first but it was amazing! I used colby jack cheese instead and sprinkled about a teaspoon of curry before I mixed up. Baked for 30 mns only. Perfect! Would be good with ham & a little mustard next time! Tried on whole wheat toasted buns!

Easy to make and a great way to use up leftovers! Even my picky 6 year old ate his sandwich and requested seconds. I made garlic toast out of the buns and it gave the whole sandwich a nice flavour. I'll be making this again soon.

My family enjoyed this recipe and it was easy to make. This put a little twist on the usual leftover turkey sandwich. Thanks for the recipe.

I just made this, I added 3 eggs and 1/2 of an onion.. I tasted it after it came out and it was a bit bland, so I added about 2 tspn of hot sauce to it. Enough to give it some flavor and not make it spicy.. Tasted much better with the hot sauce added.

Great leftover recipe for a quick dinner on a week-night. I added 3 chopped boiled eggs, and my family loved it!

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised. This is a good 'week night' dinner. Add a tossed salad and dinner is ready. Everyone in the family loved it. Tip: After cooking a turkey, chop a couple cups of it and throw it in the freezer. It will be ready for this meal another day.
