I am so happy i found this recipe...so easy and quite yummy. I followed the recipe somewhat- sauteed my broccoli with the garlic and herbs (before I knew I was doing this recipe i was sauteing with olive oil and lemon juice) and didn't have ham and its still very yummy. Simple good...wouldn't make for guests but good for a week night

This is a great hurry up meal to use with leftover ham! All the ingredients are easily found in the kitchen. My family loved it! I followed someone's suggestions and put the broccoli in with the tortellini for a few minutes. I probably would have flavored it up a bit with more spices and some cheese if I had had more time.

Great use of tortellinis. We had this as our meal with a small lettuce salad. All the ingredients blended well together, not too heavy. The leftovers will were just as good as the first round, so that is a plus in this house. I will be making this one again.

This came out great, and it's very easy. My son really liked it, my DH sort of liked it - oh well, I tried :)

I thought this was fabulous, especially the second day! Hubby didn't think it was filling enough for dinner, but liked the flavor.

Forgot the meat. Used yogurt instead of sour cream and used tortellini from a packet instead of frozen. Added sliced veggie burger instead the next day. Tasted fine.

Another way to cook the Broccoli is to throw it in with the Tortellini for the last few minutes of the boil. Works out perfect every time.

One of my all-time favorite recipes! My mom has been making a version of this since I can remember, but she puts more veggies in hers...corn, peas, carrots and broccoli. She also used a jar of alfredo sauce instead of sour cream, but the sour cream is a nice change. Fantastic take on one of my favs....and SO simple too!

This recipe was quick and delicious. I also added a little garlic powder and I didn't have any basil so I used 1 tsp. of italian seasoning. My kids and husband liked this alot and they tend to be picky eaters.
