Good easy recipe. My husband loved it. He said to mark it as a keeper! I used a variety of peppers, not just poblano, Italian pepper being one of them.

I have to tell you, this was amazing. I shared this with my family and they all loved it, now you know I love Mexican foods. So I had to spice it up the second time I made it and I added beans and jalapenos peppers, of course I had to add another box of jeff corn bread mix. I love this recipe the first time and the second time, try it you will enjoy this and your family will love this…. God bless you and enjoy

My family loved this recipe. The only changes that I made were to substitute ground chicken for the beef, and to sautee some garlic while the meat was cooking to add some flavor. Very tasty new recipe to add to our rotation. Thanks!

So easy to make. I loved this recipe because we made it our own. You can do any changes to it and still have it work out great. The only think I can say was that it took two boxes of cornbread mix to cover the top layer.

What a great recipe. Easy to make and tastes great. I came across the recipe in my daily email and thought it sounded great. My wife is allergic to corn so I substituted Bush's chili beans instead. Worked out ok.

This is really good! The whole family loved it. I like that you can hide veggies in here. The mixture of tangy from the chiles combined with the sweetness of the cornbread was very good.
