Ghirardelli® 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
unsalted butter, cut into cubes
I used Hershey's sugar free chocolate chips, organic eggs and Splenda. So. So. Yummy. Serves six? Nope. Four. ;) The whipped cream on top? Absolutely necessary. EXCELLENT bad day treat.
Best pudding ever! It is sooo rich and chocolatey that I could only have about half a cup. I put marshmallows on top before baking and it was like a cup of hot chocolate. Yum!
Yummm. It's a little involved, but I'd say pretty worth it. I only had milk chocolate chips on hand and salted butter, but it still came out excellent. It came out a lot like a hot fudge consistency. We didn't have whipped cream, so we put a small scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Sooo delicious.
Perfect! Came out like a flourless chocolate cake. It was so rich, I could only eat half of it - which is just as well. Whip cream is a must. Next time I will mix in some mini-marshmallows before baking.
I can't believe this recipe hasn't received more reviews! It is one of my favorites on this site. Excellent! We cut the recipe in half and it's a nice dessert for hubby and I. It's a little rich for the kid's taste buds but that's all the better for us adults. :)
