Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) jars dried chipped beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a small baking dish, mix the dried chipped beef, green bell pepper, onion, cream cheese and Cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake uncovered 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until center is bubbly and edges are lightly browned.
