I hate to rate a recipe poorly, but this was terrible! I followed the recipe proportions exactly, tasted it, then added another T. of horseradish. I let it sit to marry the flavors for a couple hours, but It was terribly thin, even with full fat mayo and sour cream, and the vinegar completely overpowered the whole sauce. I was shocked that, even with the extra horseradish and mustard powder and red pepper, this had NO heat, and almost no flavor but vinegar.I may try to save the rest of the recipe to use it as a salad dressing somehow, but as a sauce for a good cut of meat, it was a total failure. Sorry, but I'll be looking for another sauce recipe.
