Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Dannon Oikos® Yogurt 0% Plain
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 4 (5 ounce) fillets of salmon
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl combine yogurt, horseradish, Dijon, chives, and lemon zest; mix well.
  3. Place salmon filets on a foil-lined baking sheet. Top each fillet with 3 Tbsp. yogurt mixture. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of bread crumbs on each filet, and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  4. Roast salmon for 10-12 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
