garlic cloves, minced
freshly ground black pepper
skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces
red bell peppers, cut in 1-inch pieces
onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
The kabobs were good. Being the last person on the planet w/out a grill I used a George Forman. It was akward, but it worked.
Good marinade for chicken. More time consuming then listed.
Great combination - chicken, red peppers and onions. Use Walla Walla sweet onions or some other sweet onion if you can. Very savory!
The vegetables were dry.
