Directions

  1. Place chicken and onions in 2 separate bowls. Toss each with 1 Tbsp. honey and 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Southwest Chipotle Blend.
  2. Lay chicken breasts on a 9 x 9 inch sheet pan. Place onions in an ovenproof casserole dish.
  3. Roast both in 350 degrees F preheated oven and cook each 6-7 minutes, turning both after 4 minutes.
  4. Serve onions alongside chicken breasts.

Flavoring was good. However if you do not want to eat onions, the onions are cooked seperate and dont add to the flavor so leave them out. Did not notice that when buying food for the recipe n it was a waste due to no one in my family eating onions.

Not a fan!! The chicken was very tender but I guess I was expecting crazy sweet against super spicy. But thats no what I got.The chicken was very bland and the onions were ok but I think onions when cooked are pretty sweet already. I followed the recipe exactly but I was just really disapointed with it. I won't make this one for my family again!!

I tried this and I'm very confused. I had the chicken in my fridge for a good 2-3 days before I attempted to cook it.. so I assume it was fully defrosted by the time I went to make it. However, when i cooked it I checked it after the 7 minutes it claims to need and it wasn't done.. so I left it in another 7 before takingit out. It was raw. We ended up turning the oven up to 375 and leaving it in for an hour more and checking repeatedly with a meat thermometer before it was actually edible. I wish some one could tell me what I did wrong. Why didn't mine get done in 7 minutes?! It was actually quite good once it wasnt raw but I don't understand how to cook chicken fully in so little time. HELP

I really liked this dish. I gave it four stars because I thought it could have been a little sweeter, so when I make this next time I'll add more honey. I also cooked it longer than the suggested 7min. I cooked it about 15, but I also cooked more than 4 breasts. I though it was spicy, and I like really spicy foods.
