Fixed as written. It lacked flavor, and I even used spicy brown mustard. I think it would benefit from salt, chopped garlic and even some red pepper flakes. I also think it would be better if it were just browned in the pan, then covered with the mustard mixture and baked covered in the oven. I will give that a try Before I give up on the recipe
