I did not coat with flour and baked them instead, for a healthier alternative. It is really tasty and the balance of honey and lime is just right. If I have had marinated it for longer, or even overnight, I believe it is going to be gorgeous.

I was told these are the best chicken wings I've made! Everyone was licking their fingers, and going back for more! Should have doubled the recipe lol! Yum!

I had high expectations based on the reviews, but these wings were not that good. Too much honey and the sauce was missing something! We dipped them in BBQ sauce and that saved them.

I would give this a 10 if possible! Used 2lbs of drummies and all other ingredients except the oil. Added salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to flour. Baked @400* for 20 minutes then turned and baked for 15 minutes. After that I brushed on the liquid & baked for 5, turned, brushed and repeated until all sideds were coated. Turned out crispy and the flavor was great! Everyone that sampled thise rated them a do again. Thanks!!
