Ingredients

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 2 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the ice cream, berries, milk and honey; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses.

I used fat free frozen vanilla yogurt and eliminated the honey. YUM.

This tasted great, but was a little on the thin side for a shake. I think freezing the berries...
