This is a nice use for leftover turkey and offered a pleasantness similar to chicken soup but with stronger flavor due to the beef stock. I cut the ground black pepper to 1/2 tsp out of judgement and was glad I did. I diluted the very strong broth with 3 cups of water while simmering before adding pasta but it was still a little overbearing and kind of took over the palette . A couple tweaks...came out good...just not wow. I wouldn't order this twice at a restaurant, so 3 stars. Sorry.
