Really good recipe. I didn't use the mint though. The cheese and garlic adds a really good flavor!
LOVE this recipe. It goes great with roast chicken, and herbed potatoes :)
This was easy and pretty but I wasn't crazy about the mint flavor. I used half basil and half mint and I wish I had used only basil. My husband said it was okay but he didn't go back for seconds, and that is the real test!
