Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Enova™ Brand Oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 4 large baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
  2. Combine Enova brand oil, garlic, salt, dill weed, thyme, oregano, parsley and pepper sauce in large, resealable, plastic food storage-bag or large mixing bowl. Add potato cubes and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place potato cubes in one layer on a 9x13 inch roasting pan. Roast potatoes, turning occasionally, until tender and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
