"Bake in preheated oven until the loaf sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom, 40 to 45 minutes. Brush top with margarine. Remove from pan, and cool on wire rack." Are you supposed to take it out of the oven, out of the pan, tap it on the bottom and, then if it isn't done, put it all back and finish cooking it. Can hardly trust in the person who wrote this!
