whole wheat flour
stevia sugar substitute (such as Truvia®)
1 1/2 teaspoons
egg substitute (such as Egg Beaters®)
unsalted butter, melted
pure vanilla extract
sliced fresh strawberries
These muffins were pretty good, not very sweet. I used one egg in place of the egg beaters. Also, the paper cups really aren't necessary. Good for a quick breakfast or late snack, will bake again.
i made these tonight and it was super fast and easy, but the taste is very plain.i would add some spices of your prefrence to give it taste . i would most likely put a heathly twist on it
I added another tablespoon of brown sugar and some cinnamon
Other fruits work and they can be frozen
Made this only made mini muffins and used olive oil instead of applesauce. So delicious!
