Original Recipe Yield 1 - 9 inch crust
 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons ice water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together oats, flour, and coconut. Stir in oil and water. Press dough into a 9 inch pie pan.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes, until lightly browned.
