Ingredients

  • 4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1/4 cup shredded 2% milk Colby Jack cheese
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 4 thin slices low sodium deli ham
  • 4 thin slices fresh pineapple or drained canned pineapple slices in juice
  • 2 red onion slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard

Directions

  1. Toast the bread slices. Top each hot bread slice with 1 tablespoon cheese.
  2. Divide the lettuce, ham, pineapple and onion between 2 bread slices. Top each with 1/4 teaspoon mustard and the remaining bread slices.
