This is a popular Tunisian condiment. It's a home made pepper paste that is sure to add an extra kick to just about anything and it is widely use in Tunisian cuisine. I add it to anything I want to spice up; in my home we use this just about everyday.

Fiery harissa and smoky paprika in a mayonnaise base stand up to the distinctive flavor of the mighty wild salmon. The fish is baked with lemon and onion, then broiled for a nicely browned finish.

This is the 'secret' Greek dressing recipe from the pizzeria that I work at. The recipe makes almost a gallon but can be scaled down easily. It can be used for picnics and travels very well, since it doesn't need to be refrigerated. This is the best dressing I have ever tasted, people offer to buy it constantly, but if we sold it we wouldn't be able to make enough to use in the restaurant!
