Original Recipe Yield 1 glaze for 1 cake
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 10 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate

Directions

  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Combine chocolate with butter in the top of a double boiler, over simmering water. Stir frequently until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
