This was so quick and easy! I made this for an appetizer so I changed a few things. First, I only used half the cream cheese and I mixed it in the food processor with the sun dried tomatoes and basil. I didn't use nearly the amount called for in the recipe, but did it to taste really. Maybe 8 basil leaves and 1/3 c. Sun dried tomatoes. I used whole wheat tortillas too. Once they were chilled, I cut them into about 8 pieces per roll, so I got about 24 appetizers from 3 12" tortillas. I'm gonna make the cream cheese again for another party I have this weekend, but I'm gonna try it with salami and add some banana peppers so it's kinda like an antipasto wrap! Thanks for the idea, these turned out great!
