This was fantastic! I made it for the Sunday football game, and it was so good I had the leftovers for breakfast. AND LUNCH! Wow -- it tastes even better the next day. I have two tips: 1) If you think you'll have leftovers, safe the avocado pits and store them in the same container with the leftovers -- that will keep it from discoloring & turning black. 2) If you want your guacamole super-chunky, blend & mix all the other ingredients first, then add the chopped avocados last. That way they will hold their shape better.
