I have always hated guacamole.....bland, mushy, gross! This recipe has made me a guacamole lover for sure! Can't stop eating it!

I made this recipe last night but must have done something wrong since it tasted too heavy of avocados. Will try next time skipping the onion and subbing a little salsa for the tomatoes.

My first try at making Guacamole and I used this recipe. Fantastic! I did not have the cilantro at the time but the garlic made up for that. I also used a Vidalia onion which added some sweet. 1/2 the salt too. I may add more cayenne next time.

I have this saved in my favorites. It's the only recipe for guacamole that I and my 4yo absolutely love. Even my husband, who doesn't care for guacamole will sneak a few chips. I add about half the amount of salt though and substitute the lime for a lemon. Put all but tomatoes in the stand mixer and blend with a lid slowly. Fold tomatoes in as you place it in the serving container. Best ever!

Mmmm! Great flavour, texture (like it chunky), super fast to toss together and the flavour was GREAT. I didn't even add the garlic this time. Cayenne is a great touch!! This was supposed to be an app for my dinner tonight ... but it is quickly becoming my whole dinner :)

This is one of my favorite recipes and the best guacamole. We make it every couple weeks and I have the recipe memorized. I like to chunk the avocado as opposed to smash it. When hot peppers are in season I substitute the ground cheyenne with diced fresh hot peppers. Also, I usually put in half the lime, taste test it, then add more if needed.

This is THE best guacamole recipe I have come across. Very easy too. I generally follow the recipe exactly but every once in a while I add a dollop of sour cream.
