2/3 cup guacamole
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground flax seed
2 (6 inch) hoagie rolls, halved and split lengthwise
This was an unusual combinaton. I had to add in a lot of salsa for my taste. The tuna threw me off. It did taste better the next day. My 7 year old liked it though.
